I went to Albena because of the reviews on Yelp. This was my first time trying facial in IL so I was little apprehensive of how good it will be. I have normal skin so i wasn't worried about reactions as much as how good of a job she will do but she was phenomenal! She took her time and my face has never felt so clean! Great personality and talkative but not pushy if you don't want to talk, which i love. She is my go to person. Her prices are reasonable and she has facial specials every month. I got customized facial. Try it!

Today was my first time at Splendid Day Spa. It was also my first Brazilian wax EVER!!! Albena was awesome! She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. There was no awkwardness and she was very professional. She also took her time so it wouldn't hurt as bad, since she knew I was nervous. She did an excellent job with minimal pain.
